​What is cowboy Sushi?
“Cowboy Sushi” is an homage to traditional Cowboy Style Western Cooked foods

served with an Asian Sushi flair!

It can be as simple as a BBQ Brisket Roll (slow cooked brisket,

served sushi style in a roll of vinegar rice) which is shareable,

and has the appearance of a traditional sushi roll,

except that it is based on a fully cooked protein.

For those who love Southern style foods and want to try something different, 

we have created a menu of southern “Cowboy” style foods

blended with the traditional sushi style roll.
